Our Skeltoranium necklace is very striking and gets a lot of attention. The black Skeltoranium has speckles of glitter which glisten when hit by light. You won’t find the word Skeltoranium in the dictionary because it is in fact a word we have put together here at Accessory Freaks head quarters. ‘Skelto’ comes from Skeleton and ‘ranium’ from Cranium which is the skull.
